London, Juno 25. Brigadier-Goneral Scely has been accidentally wounded in France. [Brigadier-General Seoly (then Colonol) was Secretary of State for War from 1912 to 191*. He went on active servico in 19H, and was mentioned in dispatches, ltd served with the Imperial Yeomanry in South Africa in 1900-I.]
