Gold medals were allotted ns follows For best two-tooth Southdown ram at Wanganui, Wairarapa, Hawko's Bay, Ilannevirko, and Mastorton; for champion Southdown ram at Manawatu; for English Leicester champion Tam at Cainbridge; for Shropshiro champion ram at Hamilton; and for Border Leicester champion ram at Toilding.

Many members have failed to bear in mind that when registering a. fam it Is now imperative that tho name of Tho sire must be given. Tho omission of this has necessitated a very considerable amount of correspondence, but it is satisfactory to know that in every j enso breeders have been ablo to comply ! with tho rules.
