At the Supremo Court the retrial was commenced to-day of Whauigaroa, TVinhana, charged with manslaughter, m causing the death of Rupert Maney, a newspaper runner, at Hastings, the accused's motor-car running over the boy, who was riding a bicycle. Che jury disagreed on Saturday, and the heaving of evidenco was not completed to-day.
