MUTINOUS REGIMENT DEALT WITH

Petrograd, June 13. Following upou the issue of orders for the reorganisation of one of tho armies on tho Rumanian front, three regiments mutinied, and arr-'stM a colonel and seven officers. One regiment, which refused to proceed anywhirc, was surrounded by a division of cavalry, two battalions of infantry, a battery of artillery, a squadron of armoured cars, and a number of aeroplanes. As the mutineers were dilatory in handing over the ringleaders, tho infantry and cavalry entered the village, whereupon the mutineers submitted unconditionally. Four officers of the ringleaders were- rescued with difficulty from the loyal troops, and sent to Headquarters. The regiment was then marched off to a new sector — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
