EXECUTION POSTPONED AT ELEVENTH HOUR
ALI.-NTGHT DEPUTATIONS TO MINISTERS. .■(Ecc. June 14, 10.40 p.m.) Sydney, Juno 11. TJio execution of Christian Benzing, sentenced to death for the Rockdale murder, was postponed at the eleventh hour as the result of all-night deputations to Ministers urging a further investigation of tho accused's mental, condition— Press Association. [Benzing was convicted of tho brutal murder of an eleven-year-old girl, whoso dead body was found in the l>ush. She had been' outraged and strangled.]
