CHINESE DEADLOCK
MANDATE FOR DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT WITHDRAWN Washington, .Tune 12. Peking advices state that tlio President of China has withdrawn the mandate ordering the dissolution of Parliament. The Acting-Premier, Wu Jing Fang, refused to -countersign the order, which step was necessary to make it effective. A dissolution would delay _a Chinese declaration of war for six months-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
