Ho fiays that the independence of the Netherlands is at-slake. When the English reach their goal against Germany in Belgium, then Holland will become politically, economically, and in colonial affairs tho plaything of England. On the other hand, if Germany retains Belgium, &he will liavo overy interest to protect Holland.
