.His Honour Mr. Justice Hoakiiig and a aury of twclvo yesterday resumed tho hearing of a case in which Clarkson's Motors, Lt<l., of Wellington, claimed the sum of £143 13s. from 0. 11. Harrington, tan-car owner, of Kelharn, for tlic hire or a l athfinder car and accessories. There was a counter-claim by defendant for £HO, being £200 paid towards the purchase o'E the car, £200 as damages, £105 53. for liiro and demonstrative work at shows, and £35 lor alleged loss of prolits through loss of use of tho ear.
~M r - r T ' Young appeared for plaintiff and Mr. M. Myers for defendant. Alter further cvidenco had been heard, tho case was adjourned till to-day.
