RUMOURED CHANGES. (Rec. June 3, 5.5 p.m.) London, June 2. There are niony Tomoura of Government changes. If Lord Cowdray resigns the chairmanship of the Air Board for business reasons, it is believed that Mr.'; Churchill is likely to bo his successor. It is reported that Lord Rhoudda is resigning the Local Government Board for reasons of ill-health. Sir George Cave (Homo Secretary), is accepting the Mastersliip of tho Rolls, and in addition may join tho War Cabinet. The ''Daily Chroniclo's' Parliamentary correspondent states that an extensive reshuffling of Ministers is expected, involving at least four of the most important positions. Sir Percy Illingivorth is regarded as ti likely successor to Lord Devonport. Dr. Addison (o£ tho Munitions Department) will probably go to tho Home Offico. Jlr.
