ANNOUNCEMENT OF GENERAL STRIKE IN NORWAY. (Rec. June 3, 5.5 p.m.) London, Jnne 1. Tho latest manifestation of tho general industrial unrest in most of the countries of Europe, owing chiefly to the! dearness of living, is tho announcement that a general strike throughout Norway will begin on June G, unless grievances are remedied. The strikers' proclamation demands State control of imports of products, production, and dis-' tribufion, and fixed prices.
