MEETING OF THE 'COUNCIL.

The fortnightly mooting of Iho Miramar Borough CouuoiL was held last evening, the Mayor, Mr. J?. Townsend, presiding. There were also present Councillors H. K. Robortshaw, AV. H. Green, J.
