STARRED NAMES IN THE BALLOT
Sir,—Can you tell me the reason why some of 'the voluuteers are favoured witn. a star beside their name when called up in the ballot more than other volunteers? L don't see that that is fair at all, as one is as good as another, I should think. I have been turned down on more than, one occasion, ami have not been starred. —I am, etc., • , L. L. E. C.
