CORONATION LODGE. 'Win fortnightly meeting of the Coronation Lodge, No. 26, U.A.0.D., was held in St. Thomas's Hall on Tuesday evening, there being a ,largo attendance. Tho principal business of tho evening was tlie nomination of officers. All offices with tho exception of the position of secretary were contested. This lodge is well up to the standard in all its work, but owing to the war no new niembvrs are admitted, a rule which applies to all lodges of the district. The nominations for tho various positions were as follow:—A.D.. Bro. Burrows; V.i., Bros. Orompton, Phillips, Napier, Ingram, Jtunn, and Collins: secretary, Bro. Lough ton; treasurer, Bros. Phillip'', Totter, and Hood; T.G., Bros.. Collins, Orompton. and Phillips; 0.G., Bros. Mnnn, Hood, Norris, nnd Benro; A.D.B.'s, Bros. Mnnn, Potter, Norris, nnd Bennett; V.A.B.'s, Bros. Ingram, 3Cunn, Norris, Bennett, nnd Beare; auditor, Bro. 'Mollison ; minute see Mary, Bro. Bott; organist, Bro. Smith: D.C., Bro. BoH; d'snonsary delegates. Bros. Ingram nnd Hood; Medical Institute. Bro. Loughton: pwss correspondent, Bro. Ingram. The election will tnlro place next lodge night. At the close of the lodge the .100 -card tournament was advanced a further stage. Coronation Lodge beating Cathie's by 5 to i.
