A CONFERENCE TO BE HELD. Very serious concern is-felt by producers as to the prospects of being able to quit the large stocks of perishable produce now held in store in the Dominion and also as to the possibility thai nest season there may be even fewer ships available for the New Zealand Tlio whole question was considered by Cabinet resterday, and a cablogram has been sent to Mr. Massey on a number of points ODiiiicctcd with the shipping difficulty. Cabinet decided that a conference bo held of the National Efficiency Board, the .Requisitions Committee, and the Board of Trade to CO into the whoio problem of production, storage, and shipping, and to report to the Government. The conference will raeot on Tuesday next. _______
