MR. MASSEY'S MESSAGE TO THE TROOPS

(Rec. May 16, 6.50 p.m.) London, May 15. The Commandant of the New Zealand Forces has issued in orders Mr. Massey's message to tho troops. The message says: "Our.gallant soldiers liavo willingly taken tip their share of the burden of Empire, and are willing to carry it through to the end. British citizens the world over appreciate the fact, and tho people of the Dominion trust that the opportunity is not far distant when they will be able to welcome their soldiers back, bearing victory and honour in the battle for the freedom of civilisation."—Aus.-N Z.
