Adelaide, May 15. In tho three State by-elections the Liberals won two seats and the official Labour Party one. The Queensland local option poll is incomplete. So far one district has oarried an increase of licenses, while Ipswich, Toowong, and' Maryborough favour reduction. —Press Assn.
