In all the other States the Nationalist bunches appear safe, though there are still a good many < absentee ajid the whole of tho soldiers' votes to reckon with. For the House, Mr. Webster's return for Gwydir is assured, but Mr. Glynn. (Angas) and Mr. Mahon (Kalgoorlie) are still in doubt. Mr. King O'Malley was defeated for Darwin (Tasmania),but another election is necessary owing to the death of Mr. C. Howeroyds, who won tho seat. —Press Assri.
