■unauthorised Strikes deplored. London, May 10. Tho Press Bureau states that at a conference of, representatives of fifty trado unions l connected with engineering and shipbuilding, Mr. A. Henderson presided. A resolution was passed that all disputes during war time should bo dealt with constitutionally. The conference deeply doplored tho existing unauthorised strike, and appointed a committee to confer with the Ministry of Munitions, with a view to suggesting possible amendments in tlio Munitions Bill—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Reu.ter.
