At tho last meeting of tho .Now Zealand Trotting Conference a committee was sot up to consider tlio question of remodelling the constitution of tho New Zealand Trotlinp- Association, and increaEcd repreeentntion of tho North Island on that body. Thn committee- hns iinauimouely adopted the following report:—"That as it is now eleven yea.re since the present Mew Zealand rales of trotting were enacted, and during thai, period many amendnientti have boon made, thov are of opinion tho rulty and amendments should now be consolidated.
