'Application was made in the SuJ preme Court to-day by the Auckland Law Society to make absolute a rule nisi to strike off the roll of barristers and solicitors the name of John Raphael Lundon* on the ground of alleged professional misconduct. Mr. Justice Sini reserved the case for! tho Court of Appeal, and made an. order suspending Lundon until the ruling of the Court is obtained.
