The plaintiffs took the caso to the Court of Appeal, which they (asked to review the judgment. ■ ■ Mr.-W. E. Kiunernoy (Timaru) .and Mr. T. A. Lucas (Waimato) appearedfor,tho appellants. The respondents wero represented by Mr. S. 6. Raymond, K.C. '(Christchurch) and Mr. H. F. von Haast (Wellington). ' Tho case was not concluded when tlio Court adjourned.
