JUDGMENT SUMMONS. ' Judgment summons cases were, dealt with as follows;—H. Stafford was ordered to pay Wallace and Gibson £3 13s. 6d. by instalments of 10s. per month; Staff-Sergoant-MfLjor E. Hughes, Patent Agent, sought to recover from Horace Graham Ruttcr, Land Agent, the sum of £23 45., in respect of an alleged breach of agreement.

' In the statement of claim it was set out that the defendant took a lease of certain property at the Lower Hutt, and agreed to keep the house and grounds in good order and condition. The defendant also had tho ; nso of all garden tools, and agreed to deliver tho same or others oi a like nature upon determination of the lease. Tho defendant had failed to keep to tho, terms of the agreement, .and plaintiff had been put to various expenses to restore the land and premieos to good order and condition.
