THE Y.M.C.A.

A' meeting for men was held at the Y.M.C.A. Rooms, Willis Street, .on Sunday afternoon. Tho Hon. J. G. W. Aitken,' M.L.C., was in the chair, and there wero 120 men, soldiers and civilians, presont. The Dean of Nelfjpn, Dr. Weekes, M.A., 8.D., LL.D. (late Royal Navy), gavo a stirring address, his subject being "Lost at Sea." A number of soldiers, sailors, and strangers to the city were afterwards welcomed and entertained at tho Strangers' Tea. Over 200 mon were accommodated between the Boulcott Street Soldiers' Hostel and tho main , Y.M.C.A... in Willis Street, on Saturday night. Every blanket was in use, and some of the men 6lcpt on the floor in their overcoats; 440 meal-j were supplied to soldiers on Sunday.
