It ie satisfactory' to know that every eample taken so fax has given values, and these are taken only at intervale. The quartz brokon from other parts of tho reef may bo of much higher grade. I am, therefore, stacking all quartz broken in readiness for sampling as soon as we are in a> position to make regular daily tests. In tho meantime we are cross-outtine -west through the reof, and the laet test talen _ -an improvement on previous ones."
