Duckworth, purser of the Maori, has transferred to tho Jlararoa, and Mr. O. W. Richardson, of tho Mararoa, has joined tho I'ateena. Tho Government steamer Amokura, which has been undergoing overhaul here, is to go on tho slip on Wednesday, and is to oome oEE on Friday. Tho tUE Admiral and tho Queen of the South -will bo the . next vessels to be taken up on tho cradle, j The Kittawa has been fixed to load at Dunedin to-day for Wellington, and is due here some time to-morrow. On Wednesday eho is to leave Wellington, takine cargo for Napier, Gisbome, and Auokland. Tho Konnedy arrived yesterday Irora Napier with case-oil. Owing to tho coal shortage it is not known whether tho vessel will eet away to-day, but she -will probably leavo for the East Coast. Mr. B. M. Oandell has come ashoro from the Kamona/, on which vessel ho occupied the position of second engineer. Messrs. Oathic, Dempster *nd Co. announco that tho auxiliary schooner Eunice is receiving cargo for Lyttelton to-day. Tlio' Kamor.a is timed to sail at noon to-day for Lytlelton.
