SIGNS OF RETIREMENT
BURNING TOWNS IN RUMANIA New York, April 19. A message from Petrograa reports that the Germans are burning towns in Rumania. This is interpreted that the Germans may be preparing to evacuate.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. London, April 19.
