NO HOPE OF RUSSIA YIELDING Washington, April 19, Mr. David Francis, American Ambassador at Petrograd, reports that there is no possibility of Russia yielding to the Austro-German overtures for separate peace. ' M. Miliukoff, Minister for Foreign Affairs, has informed Francej that the Russian Socialists do not want peace, but are anxious to promote revolutionary movements in the Central Powers. '-Aus.-N.Z.
