Customs duties collected at the port of Wellington yesterday amounted to £3442 16s. 3d. THE HATJRAKI KEEPS, LTD. The mine manager's report to April 7 reads:—"Driving east and west has been in hand during the past week on the faces from off the bottom of -winze. Going west a littlo picked atone was saved from the general dirt. Going cast the prospects continue very encouraging. It is the intention next'week to start rising from the level now driven on both' faces to' test the block available."
