Hamilton, April 13., The body of Harold Peace, who was drowned in the Wnifcato River last weelc, was recovered this morning under the railway bridge. ~ A Maori chief named Hue te Hurt, o? Onopuhi, was killed through a cartlead of timber falling on him. owing tn a vehicle capsizing while crossing the Rangitikei River. The deceased was chairman of the' Euvah.iupo Council.
