ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
Ai young woman named Mabel Judd was admitted to the Hospital last evening suffering from concussion of the brain. It was reported that she had lost control of her bicycle while, riding down the Island Bay hill, and fell heavily. . Mrs. Agnes G. Tinsey, aged 56, the wife of a taxi-driver, residing at Lower Hutt, died suddenly on Saturday. Dr. Hector was in attendance, but as he was unable to give a certificate of death an inquest was necessary. The' medical evidence showed that the cause of death was heart failure, and the Coroner returned a verdict accordingly. DEATH FROM ALCOHOLISM. . By Telegraph—Press Aesociatitn. Christphurch, April 7. Mr. T. G. Lilico,' the well-known veterinarian, died at Rotherfield Hotel yesterday. At the inquest the medical evidence showed that alcoholism was the cause of death. A verdict was returned accordingly.
