HOSPITAL MILK SUPPLY

-♦ POSITION WHEN. SUNDAY TRAINS ARE STOPPED. \ The following letter has been addressed to the Minister of Railways by the secretary of the Wellington flafrfital Board :x-"I have been directed to ask if, as nas appeareH in the Press, it is a fact that there are to bo no trains running 'oil Sunday, after May 1, because all milk used by this hospital comes from the Hutt, and is taken delivery or daily at the station by our own motor van, and if no arrangements are being made for a convoyanco to Wellington of milk on Sundays it will certainly placo my board in a serious position with regard to its milk supply for tho patients and other inmates of its hospital. Experience has proved that it is essential that in order te provide pure milk and in good condition, , it is necessary that two deliveries should be made daily."
