Moderate to atrongf. > northerly winds have'ruled throughout the country, and rain has fallen ity many parts of tho Dominion. Presents indications, states the offloial forecasts are for strong nor'westers, veering t<| south-west, with cloudy and unsettled! weather, and a general rainfall (prob-i ably). The barometer has a down-i ward tendency, but a temporary rise iq expected in the south soon.
