Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, Palmerston North, report having a good entry of both sheep and cattle at their Palmerstorii North sale on ' Thursday. There was a. very fair demand for sheep, but a number of pens of cattle failed to reach vendors.' reserves. Quotations:— Sheep: aged cull ; owes. 7s. 6d„ Bs.
