Tho Ladies' Royal Life Saving Society held a 100 yds. medley handicap at Te Aro baths last evening, tho result being: Miss J. Aitken, ser., 1; Miss G. Wilkie, 12sec.. 2; Miss N. Edmundsou, lOsec., 3. Also started :■ Miss Jenkins, lOsec.; Miss M. Allen._ 2sec. A close finish. It is the intention of

the society to continue its racing f>rogrammo the winter, getting the events ofT at the tepid baths. The training of squads for life saving is also to bo continued.
