ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
BICYCLE ACCIDENT. A man named Thomas, residing at 43 Roxburgh Street, was admitted to the Wellington Hospital at 6.30 last evening, suffering with fractures to his left arm and leg. It appears that the injured man was riding down the .Ngahauranga Gorge, from Johnsonville, when ho collided with a motor-oar, and was thrown violently to the ground, FATAL TRAP ACCIDENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Ashburton, March 10. Patrick M'Manamin,. of Highbank, was killed as the result of a trap accident at Methven last niglit. He was left in chargo of the trap, and the horse evidently bolted and upset him. TWO CHILDREN DROWNED. Dunedin. March 10.
