Tho installation of tho automatic telephone system in which has been delayed owing to the difficulty in procuring materials, is now almost completed. Tho switchboard will accommodate 1100 subscribers, and is capable- of extension. Tho final bowling matcli of the season for the Booth Oup between the Masterton and Featherston Clubs is to be played on tho Curtorton green on Thursday. ' •
