GRANTED COMMISSIONS
N.C.O.'S- OF THE TWENTY-THIRD REINFORCEMENTS.
Fifteen non-commissioned officers of. tho Twenty-third Infantry Reinforcements have been granted commissions as second lieutenants, and transferred to.the Twenty-eighth Reinforcements. O'Gorman, B Company. Sergt. J. M. Saunders, A Company. C.S.M. R. P. Abrahaisi, F Company. Sergt. J. P. Jarrett, H Company. C.S.M. J. W. Mackisack, D Company. Sergt. V. F. Maxwell, H Company: Sergt. G. Owen, E Company. C.S.M. T. F. Warren. A Company. Sergt. P. A. Ongley, H Company. C.SIM. H. B. Speight, E Company. Sergt. G. W. Moore, G Company. Sergt. H. L. King, ,T Company.
