COMPULSORY FOR SAVINGS BANKS. London, February 23. The "Daily, Telegraph's" correspondent at Paris reports that the German Government's instructions to savings hanks practically compel thom to invest 85 per cent, of the deposits in future war loans.—Aus.-N.Z.
