MILITARY BALLOT DEFAULTERS
AN ARREST IN CHIUSTOHURCH. By Telegraph—Press Associati||ii. Chrlstchurch, February 23. William John Murphy, of Spreydon, who appealed unsuccessfully before the Military Board, was arrested yesterday on a charge of being a defaulter,'and taken to Wellington last night by military escort.
