REICHSTAG TO FACE THE MUSIC.

London, February 21. The "Daily Telegraph's" Rotterdam correspondent states that the German Reichstag on Thursday will bo faced with tho nocossity of voting a further huge credit sanctioning iho new loan. Hitherto it has gaily voted loans without arranging to cover the paper credits, but the people will now be asked to pay tho piper something on account. It seems certain that thero must bo new taxes, if only to cover the deficit in the ordinary budget.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
