Mails for United Kingdom, America, and all oversea countries, except Australia, will be dispatched from time to time by best route without special notification.. Correspondence for all neutral countries la subject to censorship. Parcels for dispatch by steamers and trains, with the exception of the usual ferry steamers for southern offices, close at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised times of closing of mails. The parcel-post mail per Main Trnnk express closes at the 0.1'.0. at 11.30 a.m., and for the south per ferry steamer at 6.45 p.m. N Late letters for mails beyond the Dominion cannot in future be posted on thosteamer, but must be posted in the lateletter posting-box at the Chief Poat Office up to the appointed timo shown on the mail notice A.
