POST-WAR TRADE OMMTITEE'S RECOMMENDATIONS. London, February 14. 'Tho Post-War Trade Committee recommends Imperial preference. The "Times" regards acceptance of the recommendation as assured.—The "Times." . Later. Lord Balfour's Committee on trade policy after the war has submitted its interim report to the Government.
