LITERARY COMPETITION
To encourage the rising generation to tako an earnest interest in Red Cross work a prize of £1 (tho gift of Mr. H. O'Callaghan, of Tnihape) will be awarded tho boy or girl, under 16 years of age, who writes the best appeal—of about 200 words—on behalf of tho Bed Cross. The competition closes on February 28, and replies should be forwarded to Mr. A. M. Uyan, Ked Cross Society, Taihape.
