London, February 13The Serbian Legation states that the Austrians aro hanging many civilians in Serbia for petty offences, including tho giving of food to fugitivos, having more food housed than permitted, and retaining copper utensils. Numbers wore hanged becauso they could nob or would not indicate where tho State archives were buried.
