Russell stated tonight that it was not likely that anything would bo.doncto set up a commission to define tho Jiew electoral boundaries, aud the consequent alteration in party representation as a. result of tho census, until after next session. Parliament was extending tho period of its cxistenco for a. year, and it was not considered desirable that new boundaries should be made known when there would be two Parliamentary sessions ahead.
