CASES AT WOODVILLE. By Telegraph—Press Association. WOOdville, February 5. ' The Military Appeal Board\is sitting here to-day, Mr. Poynton; S.M., presiding. No appearance was made in the case of live M'lntosh brothers, of Tβ Papakuku, and the appeals were dismissed. The.appeal of Hodgson, of Dannevirke, was withdrawn,-a month beina: granted. The appeals of O'Neill, of Hopelands, Hooper and MacFarlane, of Woodville, and Palmer, of Mangatoro. were dismissed, leave being given till 'April 30.
