NEW ZEALAND WILL BE DOUBLY REPRESENTED. (Rec. Eel) rimy 4, 5.5 p.m.) .. London, February 2. It has been agreed that Mr. W. F. Massey (Prime Minister of New Zealand) and Sir Joseph' Ward (Finance Minister) will jointly" attend the Empire Council'. Probably another Dominion will be doubly represented. Each Dominion will have one vote.— "The Times."
