A Christiania afficial message Baj;s, concerniug the • Anglo.-Nonvegian disputes, that the Government is investigating the alleged, illegal export of fish and it seems probable that minor officials have not controlled the export with sufficient care, and more stringent measures have been ordered. The Government has impressed all persona with the serious difficulty tnat_ may, possibly arise unless they observe international agreements.
