Te Oneroo,, also West Coast Sounds and Bays, close at Bluff this day at 6 p.m. Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship. Parcels for dispatch by steamcrß and trains, with the exception of the usual ferry steamers for southern offices, close at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, ono hour before the advertised times of closing of malls. The parcel-post mail per Main Trunk eipress closes at the C.1'.0. at 11.30 a.m., and for the south per ferry steamer at 5.45 p.m. Late letters for mails beyond the Dominion cannot In future be poeted on the Bteamer, but must be posted in the lateletter posting-box at the . Chief Post Office up to the appointed time- shown on the mail notice. The advertised time for closing mails by Bteamers are liable to alteration (earlier or later) at any moment. As the last clearance of tho city receivers is made at 5.45 p.m. on Saturdays, all correspondence for the Sunday night Auckland express must bo posted af the Chief Post Office not later than 8 p.m. on Sunday. Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and parcds-po6t packages must be handed in an<l money-orders obtained one hour before the ordinary mail close?. All book 6 and sample-packets and newspapers for places. within the Dominion must be> posted hnlf an hour before the ordinary letter-mafl cloEes.
