To-day, January 22 (Anniversary Day), tho lotter-earriors will make one delivery only in the city and suburbs, for which correspondence must be posted at tho Chief Post Office by 7 a.m. Mails for Cromarty, Puyscgur Point, Te Oncroa also West Coast Sounds and Bays, close at Bluff on Tuesday, January 23, at 6 p.m. Correspondence for all neutral countries Is subject to censorship. Parcels for dispatoh by steamers and trains, with the exception of the usual ferry steamers for southern offices, close at the Chief Post Office.
